Our Commitment
Titan Labs is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We take our legal and ethical obligations seriously and do not facilitate the purchase of prohibited products or circumvent regulatory requirements.
Product Classification
All Titan Labs products are classified into one of four compliance categories: Approved (available for purchase by eligible customers), Requires Verification (additional eligibility confirmation needed), Restricted (subject to geographic or regulatory limitations), and Prohibited (not available for sale).
Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Titan Labs, customers confirm that: (1) They meet all eligibility requirements for the products ordered; (2) The products are legal to import and possess in their jurisdiction; (3) They will use all products in accordance with applicable laws and as directed.
Geographic Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to certain jurisdictions due to regulatory requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is legal to import into their country before ordering.

Prohibited Uses

Regulatory Compliance
Titan Labs does not manufacture, distribute, or sell controlled substances, prescription medications, or any products that require regulatory approval not already obtained. Our product catalog consists exclusively of dietary supplements and health products.
